A Rush Of Blood To The Head

New exercise at karate tonight:

Find a partner of your own height. Put your hands on the floor and rest your ankles on your (standing) partner's shoulders, as though about to compete in a wheelbarrow race.

Then, do press-ups.

Whoof.

Also, did you know it takes just seven pounds of pressure to pop a collarbone and dislocate someone's shoulder?
