And I'm unemployed again

I should point out that it was only a one-month contract, which has now ended; it's not that I have been exceptionally naughty. Or if I have, I wasn't caught.

I was given a card and a book token. Wow! I was hardly there five minutes and certainly wasn't expecting a leaving present. Quite touched actually.

Nothing doing on the web jobs front so I rang round the general-purpose temping agencies. My old friends at Blue Arrow tell me they have some vacancies in Hendon. That's Hendon, North London. I am in South East London - as is the Lewisham branch of Blue Arrow. I ask again (see previous Woodford Green adventures): what the hell do they think they are playing at?
