Big Bears

The weekend before last, I woke up to the news that my '400 Rabbits' had won the 2016 Ursa Major Award for Best Anthropomorphic Short Fiction. This followed a win for the same story in the 2016 Cóyotl Awards, as well as the Ursa and Cóyotl in 2015 for 'The Analogue Cat'.

The back-to-back double double, as one friend put it.

I am delighted and embarrassed and overwhelmed. Thanks to everyone who read, voted, wished me luck, or offered congratulations!
