Ipping marvellous

I have spent all morning putting job advertisements in the Vacancies Database custom built for us by our service provider and thus a load of old pants. The dullest part of our job, it is also the most vital as it generates about half the College's revenue.

The ads appear in the monthly magazine as well and thus come to us in Adobe Illustrator format. Much copying and pasting is required to snag a text-only version, and somewhere along the way Illustrator mysteriously develops a blind spot over the letter combinations fl and fi.

Thus if you're not careful employees may be expected to work exible hours and help students with their eldwork placements, in return for which they receive excellent benets.

In other news, I got Majed in the office Grand National sweepstake. His current odds are 150 to 1, so I reckon I've lost my quid.
