Today I Am Pissed Off With...

Maplin Electronics!

I went into the Bromley branch in search of a replacement fuse for one of these. I showed them the blown fuse and they sold me a pack of new ones they assured me would fit, but which were subsequently found to be a fraction too long.

Now they won't give me a refund, even though I made the purchase by their error. Nor do they stock the right fuse even though it came out of an own brand item.

This isn't the first time I've fallen foul of their refund policy and I'm tempted never to give them my business again, but where else on the High Street is a chap to go for electrical components?
