Away Went Rudolph, Whizzing Like A Sabre Jet

Not only my last day at work before Christmas, but my last day in this office ever. My colleagues have given me two cards full of good wishes, a generous amount in book tokens, and some New Forest cider in a nice pottery container (do these guys know me, or what?).

In between trying to get an entire new version of the website launched (a somewhat foolhardy goal, but I won't be around to deal with the resulting fallout) I will be grazing on leftover chocolate and other sugary goodies, then jiggling gently in my seat.

Then, in just a few short hours, I'll be heading down to Dorset on the scooter. In other words, I'll be donning a warm red-and-black outfit with boots and riding away on a fast red vehicle laden with presents. I shall therefore take this opportunity to say:

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
