Putting the Fun in Ho Fun

A colleague's leaving lunch at the Chinese restaurant over the road. I had 'Tiger Whiskers', which is 'shredded pork in sea spice sauce'. In all honesty I'd have been happier with Kung Po Chicken, but I expressed such joy at the dish's title that my colleagues insisted I order it.
