Just because I could, I submitted a ticket complaining about Microsoft Word's spellchecker defaulting to US English on all our computers. Seconds later, I received this automated response:

So I submitted a second ticket complaining about their spelling of 'submitting'. Hm, I wonder when it will be fixed? I think I'll go check on its progress right now!
