Our Service Is Second To Nuns

Our IT service provider has launched a fancypants new online helpdesk. You log in, fill in a ticket with the details of your problem, then you can check back to see how things are progressing, if at all.

Just because I could, I submitted a ticket complaining about Microsoft Word's spellchecker defaulting to US English on all our computers. Seconds later, I received this automated response:

Subject: Thank you For Submiting a Support Ticket
Thankyou for submiting a support ticket.
Your Reference Code is #68

So I submitted a second ticket complaining about their spelling of 'submitting'. Hm, I wonder when it will be fixed? I think I'll go check on its progress right now!
